i was frustrated with my stay!!! the shuttle bus took forever!!! i waited almost an hour in the blazing heat!!! then, at the front desk, i was completely ignored!!! guests who arrived after me, speaking different languages, were served immediately!!! i had to actually interrupt them!!! and to top it off, they inspected my room before i could check out!!! were they afraid i'd stolen something?

I found the location convenient. It is very close to the airport. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport as well as a short walk to the metro. The hotel features a fabulous pool. The garden is WELL maintained.
The room drawer was old and the handles were broken. It was not easy to open them.

The staff facilitated a 1 pm checkout and a shuttle to the airport. The process was hassle-free. The staff seemed efficient across all departments. They were smiling and polite, offering really good service throughout my stay.

i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport. the free airport shuttle was convenient and efficient. i found the staff very friendly and willing to assist with any requests. housekeeping services were thorough and met my expectations.
the air conditioning system in the rooms was difficult to regulate , resulting in temperatures that were either too cold or too warm.
